Dokmail is a secure digital communication service from ACCEO Solutions that helps organizations reduce paper use and deliver documents through a convenient online environment. Designed for businesses and the people they communicate with—including employees, clients, and suppliers—the service makes it easier to exchange messages and documents electronically. Materials sent through an organization’s management solution are automatically archived, allowing authorized users to refer to them whenever needed.

Access begins when a company using Dokmail activates the communication option in its management software and provides the recipient’s email address. Once the organization is ready to send documents through the service, recipients receive an email with instructions for getting started. Users should contact the company that sends their documents to express interest and confirm that it has their correct email address.

Dokmail also supports more environmentally conscious business communication by helping reduce reliance on printed pages. The service reports that its users have avoided 288,561,136 pages of paper, conserving an estimated 34,628 trees.
