Doktor Kloun MTÜ is a brand with a mission to make the hospital experience brighter for children. Their goal is to uplift the spirits of children undergoing treatment, ultimately contributing to their speedy recovery. Since June 2007, Doktor Klounid (Doctor Clowns) have been visiting children in Tallinn Children's Hospital, and since September 2008, in Tartu University Hospital's Children's Clinic, as well as in Maarjamõisa Hospital's pediatric surgery and oncology-hematology departments.

Since May 2013, Doktor Klounid have also been helping sick children in Narva Hospital. Doktor Klounid's visits are dedicated to each child individually, providing them with trust, friendship, and playtime. These clowns bring tenderness and attention, guiding children into a world of playfulness and mischief, making the hospital environment appear brighter and more joyful.

To date, over 24,000 children have experienced the joy and laughter brought by Doktor Klounid. Doktor Kloun MTÜ operates thanks to the support of individuals and businesses. Although the activities of the clowns are not currently supported by the Tallinn Children's Hospital Support Fund or the Tartu Children's Fund, Doktor Kloun MTÜ is grateful for any assistance.
