Dolya Consulting

Dolya Consulting is a Gibraltar-based boutique advisory firm serving financial institutions, digital asset businesses, and other market participants globally. The firm helps clients navigate complex regulatory environments and build resilient, compliant operations through tailored, hands-on support. Its services span regulatory authorisations and licensing, compliance, risk management, regulatory strategy, quantitative modelling, stress testing, model validation, reporting, and data governance.

Dolya’s team brings experience across international regulation, leadership, and risk, and works with clients on challenges ranging from market entry to stronger risk controls. The firm also develops practical solutions designed to withstand regulatory scrutiny, rather than limiting its work to recommendations. Its case studies include securing regulatory approvals and creating quantitative risk models, including licensing support for a major global distributed ledger technology firm.

Dolya describes its approach as expert-led, client-focused, and grounded in precision, clarity, and data-driven analysis. The consultancy works with financial institutions and digital asset and crypto businesses, and notes that it is not a licensed financial institution; its advisory services do not constitute regulated financial activities
