Domaine des Mathurins | Cazedarnes is a renowned brand of organic wines located in the heart of Languedoc, in Cazedarnes, Hérault. With a vast vineyard spanning 3,300 hectares, they produce approximately 135,000 hectoliters of high-quality Saint-Chinian wines every year, primarily in red and rosé varieties. The terroir of the vineyards is divided into two areas, with schist and sandstone dominating the northern region, and clay-limestone soils prevailing in the south.

The main grape varieties used are syrah, grenache noir, and mourvèdre, often accompanied by carignan for red wines and cinsault for rosé. The wines produced on the schist terroir are fruity, supple, and generous, while those from the clay-limestone soils are more robust and distinctive. Domaine des Mathurins also offers exceptional cuvées, including L'Art du Prélude, Petite Fantaisie, Variation, Tango Pour Hélène, 5ème Allegro, and Carnavel des sens.
