Domaine Octavie, located in Oisly, represents the 5th generation of the ROUBALLAY family, continuing their passion for winemaking since 1885. With 30 hectares of vineyards, they benefit from the renowned terroir of Oisly, known for its exceptional Sauvignon. The unique combination of sandy and flinty clay soils produces characterful, aromatic, and rich wines.
The domain is committed to environmentally-friendly practices, certified by TERRA VITIS since 2001 and achieving the prestigious HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) Level 3 certification in 2020. By closely monitoring the soil and vines, they ensure optimal grape maturity and showcase the true expression of each grape variety.
