Domestic Violence Registry (DVR) is a vital online resource dedicated to raising awareness and preventing domestic and family violence across the United States. Operating in a similar fashion to The National Sex Offender Registry program, DVR provides information on arrest records and convictions of offenders found guilty of domestic violence and related offenses. This includes battery, stalking, false imprisonment, intimidation, and domestic violence-based sex offenses.

The aim is to make the public aware of individuals with a history of abuse in order to protect potential victims. Continuously updated and offered free of charge to the general public, DVR is committed to including domestic violence-related convictions and long-term restraining orders from all across the country. By providing this valuable data, DVR strives to contribute to the prevention of domestic violence against women, men, and children.

All records are a matter of public record and serve as an essential tool in promoting safety and intervention models related to domestic violence
