Fundacja Dom Rain Mana is a Polish nonprofit supporting adults on the autism spectrum and their families. Founded in 2005 by parents, friends, and specialists, the organization works to provide a secure home and meaningful support for people who may have limited options for long-term care. In 2025, after two decades of fundraising and preparation, it completed Dom Rain Mana, a farm in Kwieki in the Tuchola Forest region.

The foundation has begun smaller rehabilitation projects, including daytime activities for people with autism from the surrounding area, while raising funds to welcome permanent residents and cover daily operating costs.
Its work also includes guidance, training, and conferences for parents and professionals, alongside educational resources about autism. The foundation says its team works entirely on a voluntary basis, and donations support its statutory purposes, including care, meals, heating, and rehabilitation
