Don et Compassion

Don et Compassion is a spiritual education website dedicated to sharing what it describes as authentic knowledge and practices for self-discovery and the awakening of consciousness. Its teachings draw on ideas and symbols from several religious traditions, while emphasizing direct experience and introspection rather than adherence to a particular belief. The site presents meditation as a way to quiet the mind, observe inner habits, and develop greater awareness.

A central topic is conscious astral travel, which the organization describes as both a practice in its own right and a means of exploring consciousness beyond identification with the physical body. Visitors can access guidance on meditation techniques, astral projection, relaxation, concentration, self-observation, and related spiritual subjects, including chakras and inner transformation. The site also offers a free ebook about astral travel, testimonials, study books, conference and teleconference information, and a forum. Its educational resources include a series of meditation lessons and articles explaining specific practices.
