Donegal Business Network (DBN) is a nonprofit organisation connecting local business owners in Donegal through relationship-building and word-of-mouth marketing. Operating since 2013, the group brings together around 20 well-connected members who help one another identify opportunities, build working relationships, generate referrals and reach potential clients. Its approach is based on getting to know fellow members, building trust and recommending quality businesses and services.
DBN holds two meetings each month, generally on the first and third Wednesday at 7.00 am in Letterkenny, with meetings also available via Zoom. Sessions offer business owners a chance to meet members, explore ways to support each other and develop new leads, and are generally followed by a catered breakfast. Visitors may attend without a fee, but attendance is by invitation; prospective guests can ask a member for an invitation and information.
Alongside its business networking activities, DBN raises funds for local causes and hosts community events, including a charity coffee morning supporting the Donegal Hospice.
