DoorDing provides smart intercom and digital access solutions for houses, apartment buildings, and businesses. Its platform replaces traditional buzzer systems with visitor video calling, digital keys, and remote door control, managed through a smartphone app.

The DoorDing Touch is an 8-inch touchscreen intercom with a resident directory, two-way HD video calling, NFC access, and options for elevator control and digital door handles. Weather-resistant with an IP65 rating, it connects via Wi-Fi or 5G/LTE. DoorDing Sign offers a simpler setup: visitors scan a QR code to video call residents through a smartphone browser, without downloading an app.

Users can create, share, and revoke digital keys, review access logs, and open doors remotely. Access options include swipe, SMS, tap, and PIN keys, as well as an NFC entrance tag and Apple Watch control. DoorDing also supports visitor management and access integration for properties. The company says its video calls are end-to-end encrypted, access logs are secure, and data is stored in the EU in compliance with GDPR.
