Dopomoha.md is a vital peer-to-peer assistance platform created by the dedicated volunteers of "Moldova for Peace," aimed at supporting refugees, particularly small families, in need of crucial aid. By connecting individuals willing to offer goods, accommodation, transportation, or various services to those requiring help, Dopomoha.md plays a crucial role in fostering community solidarity and support.
The platform operates in close coordination with the Government of the Republic of Moldova, supplementing the official governmental portal dopomoga.gov.md, which provides essential information for refugees navigating through or residing in Moldova. Since its inception, thousands of Ukrainian refugees have benefited from Dopomoha's efforts, receiving free accommodation with host families, food supplies, and transportation to Chisinau or other destinations, as well as access to medical and legal services.
Through outreach and collaboration, "Moldova for Peace" inspires locals to contribute to this humanitarian mission, advocating for unwavering support for refugees during these challenging times.
