Chustonoszenie Kraków, led by Natalia Rączka, provides practical, personalized support for parents of babies and young children. A certified babywearing consultant for wraps and soft carriers, and a breastfeeding promotion specialist, Natalia offers home visits across Kraków and surrounding areas, as well as online sessions. Her services include wrap instruction, carrier selection and fitting, and guidance on safe carrying and positioning.
Parents can learn together, first practising with a training doll and then with their child. Sessions also cover gentle infant care, lifting and holding, dressing, settling a sleeping baby, and Shantala infant massage. Breastfeeding support is available free during workshops.
Consultations include practical demonstrations, instructional recordings, follow-up support, and the option to arrange another consultation. Wraps and carriers can be available to buy or borrow during a visit, and selected carrier models can be tested. Natalia draws on medical education, experience working with families since 2014, and an individual approach shaped around each family’s needs.
Her website also features a parenting blog and information about workshops and collaboration
