Doreen's Occupational Therapy Services

Doreen’s OT is a Geelong-based occupational therapy provider supporting neurodiverse children to build confidence and participate in everyday life. Its compassionate, strength-based approach recognizes each child’s individuality and focuses on their abilities, needs, and development goals. The practice emphasizes trust and connection between children and their therapists or therapy assistants, using meaningful play and engaging activities to encourage participation, growth, and confidence.

Services include occupational therapy assessments and tailored interventions to support children’s development and progress toward their NDIS goals. Doreen’s OT also offers therapy assistant services, with trained assistants working under the guidance of occupational therapists to provide regular, engaging sessions. Flexible support options are designed around each child’s needs and can help families access ongoing therapy.

The process begins with a conversation about the child’s needs, followed by assessment and planning, therapy sessions, and opportunities to review progress. Doreen’s OT works with families, educators, and support coordinators, aiming to create a supportive therapy experience that helps children thrive in daily life.
