Doris Mollel Foundation is a dedicated organization focused on saving the lives of premature babies in Tanzania and beyond. We are committed to creating friendly environments for these vulnerable infants, advocating for policies that support their well-being. We work towards extending the paid maternity leave for parents with premature babies, designing specialized curriculums targeting prematurity, and ensuring health insurance coverage for all premature babies.

In addition, we actively address the impact of climate change on maternal and child health by collaborating with both the private and government sectors. Through research and guidance, we strive to bridge the gaps and accelerate the integrated transformation of healthcare systems. Our influence extends to sexual reproductive health and rights as well.

We lead the Tanzania Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Coalition, comprised of 82 organizations. Our coalition strategically guides long-term goals and activities for the betterment of women's health in Tanzania. With our impactful initiatives, we have reached multiple regions, saving the lives of countless premature babies.

We also generously donate medical equipment to hospitals in need, fostering a positive impact on the healthcare infrastructure.
