どろんこ会グループ【公式】@『子育てから世界は変わる。』

Doronko Group is a Japanese childcare and child-development support organization guided by the belief that change in the world begins with raising children. Its approach emphasizes direct experience, independence, and “human strength”: children are encouraged to choose activities, think for themselves, ask questions, consult others, and act, while adults shape environments that help them learn rather than simply directing them with words. The group operates childcare facilities and developmental support services, and also works with communities to support families and parenting.

Its childcare model treats each facility as a large shared home, where children learn through daily life, play, cooperation, and helping one another. Doronko’s programs include zone-based care, in which children choose activities, companions, and spaces, as well as food education focused on understanding the cycle of life and food. The group highlights self-sufficiency in rice for school meals and offers seasonal rice-planting and harvesting experiences.

Through its facilities, services, and educational activities, Doronko aims to nurture children’s initiative and help adults grow alongside them
