Dort Art Michaela

Dort Art Michaela is a custom cake studio in Jičín, founded by professional baker Michaela Tobolková, who has more than 20 years of experience making cakes. Opened in 2020, the studio creates made-to-order cakes for weddings, children’s celebrations and other important occasions. Its range includes traditional cream and drip cakes, covered designs, and unusual or luxurious creations, as well as sweet-bar offerings. Customers can choose from a small selection of tried-and-tested, fresh flavours, while each cake is designed around their ideas and requirements.

The studio combines quality traditional ingredients with modern design and decorating techniques, and emphasizes careful handcrafting. A distinctive specialty is edible flowers made from paper, available either as cake decorations or separately. Michaela also offers cake delivery within 100 kilometres of Jičín, with the service priced according to distance. Orders can be discussed by phone, email, Facebook Messenger or by arranging an in-person studio meeting. Cake orders should be placed at least 14 days in advance, and pricing depends on the customer’s requested design and details.
