Dosa Dosa is a vegan bistro in Prague’s Malá Strana district, serving plant-based food inspired by South Indian cuisine. The business began in 2019 as a festival food stall and later opened its year-round restaurant at Újezd 43. Its signature dish is dosa: a thin, crisp, fermented pancake made from Indian idli rice and urid lentils, traditionally served with sambar and chutney.

Dosas are naturally gluten-free and vegan, and can be filled with a variety of mixtures. The menu also includes other dishes, sandwiches and open-faced breads, alongside house-baked desserts. For drinks, Dosa Dosa offers specialty coffee roasted by Dos Mundos, prepared with oat barista milk as a dairy alternative, as well as homemade masala chai.
