DOTLAN

DOTLAN Webservices is an independent web services provider associated with Daniel Hoffend and based in Weilerswist, Germany. Its projects focus on practical online tools for gaming and community organizations, including services related to EVE Online and local area network parties.

One of its featured projects, DOTLAN EveMaps, is a fan site for CCP Games’ MMORPG EVE Online. It offers tactical maps enhanced with near-real-time information about the game’s political landscape, in-game activity, and player groups, helping visitors follow developments across the game world.

DOTLAN Webservices also offers DOTLAN Intranet, an intranet solution designed for LAN party organizers. Its features support party management and tournament organization, alongside community functions for participants. Together, these projects reflect a focus on information, coordination, and community engagement within gaming environments. The site also includes a project list, photographs taken by Daniel Hoffend, and contact and imprint information. DOTLAN Webservices presents these offerings as distinct projects, serving both EVE Online players seeking contextual maps and event hosts needing tools to manage gatherings and participant activities.
