DOTS for Engineering Industries is a fully API-certified Oilfield Machine Shop, proudly registered with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) under Registration No. 103(Committee Date: 23/11/2023). We specialize in the manufacturing and servicing of critical oilfield equipment in compliance with international standards, supported by the following API certifications: API 6A (Cert. No. 1430) – Manufacturing of wellhead equipment, flanges, spools, risers, and Christmas tree equipment. API 16A (Cert. No. 0623) – Manufacturing of well control equipment. API 16C (Cert. No. 0569) – Manufacturing of choke and kill lines and associated equipment. API 7-1 (Cert. No. 1037) – Manufacturing of drilling subs, crossovers, drill bits, drill collars, and re-threading of drill pipes. API 7-2 (Cert. No. 1043) – Inspection and repair of drilling equipment. API 5B (Cert. No. 0199) – Threading, gauging, and inspection of rotary shouldered connections. API Q1 (Cert. No. 1712) – Quality Management System certification. In addition to our core manufacturing and servicing capabilities, we provide supplementary oilfield products including hammer unions, testing drifts, mud pump spares, and pipe fittings. We also offer post-welding and heat treatment services, reverse engineering, materials identification using PMI handheld X-ray devices and hardness testers.
