About Dóttir Hot Yoga
Welcome to Dóttir Hot Yoga, the best hot yoga studio in Copenhagen. With two convenient locations in Sydhavn and Nordhavn, our studios provide a safe and welcoming space for you to practice yoga. At Dóttir Hot Yoga, we offer a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Power flows, with classes ranging from 45 to 65 minutes in a 35 °C room.
Our highly skilled teachers provide expert guidance and instruction to help you deepen your practice. In addition to our classes, we also offer workshops, 200-hour teacher training programs, and yoga retreats. Our studios are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including showers, hair dryers, and even frozen towels to cool down after your practice.
