Double Impact

Double Impact is a registered charity supporting people affected by addiction in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Its work focuses on recovery, independence and wellbeing, offering practical and personal support to help people make positive changes in their lives. The organisation provides routes to get help, including gambling recovery support, and shares success stories that reflect the experiences of people using its services.

Double Impact also delivers projects and services across the areas it covers, alongside training courses and employment support. Its Individual Placement and Support service helps connect people with opportunities, while work placements, work coaches and mentors offer further ways to build skills and confidence. Recovery Connectors and peer mentoring are among the ways people can contribute to this work.

The charity invites individuals, community partners and businesses to get involved through donations, fundraising, volunteering and workplace support. It also runs Café Sobar, a venue with a menu, events and facilities for hire; proceeds from related activities can support its recovery work.
