Doug Chinnery is a professional photographer and a pivotal artist who has redefined the creative photographic landscape. Influenced by Abstract Expressionist painters, he creates intuitive abstracted works that capture the rhythm, rhyme, and flow of the landscape. His mixed-media abstracts layer texture, color, and form to evoke a deeply emotional and expressive response to the natural and built environment.

In addition to his artistic practice, Doug devotes much of his time to teaching and encouraging students worldwide to discover their own unique artistic voice. His work has been exhibited internationally and he is in demand as a public speaker. He has also written for and been interviewed by numerous magazines and blogs.
