Douglas Public Health Network (DPHN) is a consortium of for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations that aims to provide comprehensive public health services. Established in 2015 as a 501(c)3 non-profit, DPHN took over the responsibility of public health services from Douglas County. While the county retains public health authority, DPHN and its affiliated organizations now deliver these vital services.

DPHN offers a wide range of programs and services to the community. Affiliated organizations like Umpqua Community Action Network (UCAN) provide nurse visiting services and oversee the Women, Infant and Children's program. Aviva focuses on immunization services, women's reproductive health, family planning, and sexually transmitted disease (STD) treatments.

ADAPT Integrated Health Care offers mental health services, primary care, addiction treatment, and prevention and education. In addition to these services, DPHN manages programs related to communicable diseases, emergency preparedness, and tobacco prevention and education on behalf of the county. They also have specialized programs addressing public health modernization and prescription drug overdose prevention.

DPHN is managed by a board of directors and led by Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer as the Executive Director/Public Health Administrator. Together, they work with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the well-being of the community.
