Doula Anna Bechtloff

Doula Anna Bechtloff offers compassionate, personalized support to expectant and new families in the Aschaffenburg area. As a trained doula, Anna accompanies clients from pregnancy and birth preparation through birth and the postpartum period, helping them make informed choices and feel confident in their individual needs and wishes. Her services include conversations about birth preferences, options and concerns; preparation that actively involves a partner; and calm, attentive support during birth.

Postpartum visits help families plan for life at home and adjust after their baby arrives. They may include a listening ear, practical care, nourishing food and drinks, foot baths, massages and support in processing birth experiences. Anna’s guidance is available at different stages, including beyond the first weeks after birth.

She works alongside colleagues so families can receive support suited to their circumstances. Based near Aschaffenburg, Anna describes her work as a personal calling shaped by her own experience as a mother and her belief that support around birth can have lasting effects
