Doula KatharinaMaria offers breathwork, mental birth preparation and personal doula support in Amberg and online. Led by Katharina, a breathwork coach, doula and course instructor, the practice supports people through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period with an emphasis on self-connection, inner strength and informed, self-directed choices.

Breathwork sessions are designed for those seeking space to explore recurring emotions, everyday overwhelm or a sense of disconnection from their needs. For expectant parents, mental birth preparation and Hypnobirthing courses introduce techniques for relaxation, staying connected with the baby and supporting the natural process of birth. The courses also help birth partners understand how they can provide meaningful support.

Doula care is tailored to each client’s needs. Katharina describes her role as a trusted listener and advocate, accompanying clients through the distinctive experience of pregnancy, birth and the weeks after birth. The website announces upcoming course dates and provides information about working with her, alongside contact details and links to local partners in the Amberg-Sulzbach area.
