Doula Lin

Doula Lin supports expectant women in preparing for birth with confidence, self-awareness, and respect for their bodies and their babies. Based in the Zwolle, Meppel, and Steenwijk area, the brand offers guidance to help clients understand the birth process, consider what matters to them, and make informed choices. Its services include pregnancy coaching, introductory sessions and individual coaching, and the “Relaxed Bevallen” hypnobirthing course, available in group or private formats.

The course teaches relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques intended to help participants release fear, listen to their bodies, and approach birth with greater calm and confidence. Doula Lin also rents out birth pools for use during labour. For families experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of a baby, the “Koester” keepsake journal offers a dedicated space for remembrance.

The brand also shares rituals for pregnancy and birth, along with experiences, blog articles, and media and event information. Doula Lin’s approach focuses on thoughtful preparation and supporting families in looking back on their birth experience with care, including when events unfold differently than expected
