Doula Elena

Elena Dück is a birth doula based in Düren, Germany, offering personal support to women and their partners during pregnancy and childbirth. Drawing on her own experience as a parent, she aims to help families approach birth feeling informed, confident, and positive. Her approach is centered on each client’s choices: rather than prescribing how someone should give birth, Elena seeks to provide encouragement, information, and supportive companionship so that women can make their own decisions and experience birth as a positive and empowering event.

Elena accompanies clients through this important stage of life and welcomes enquiries from people who would like to learn more about her and her services. Her website is currently under development, so further information about her offer is available directly by phone or email. Elena is located in Düren and serves the surrounding area. Interested families can contact her by telephone or email, or connect with her on Instagram at @doulaelena.
