Doula Mika

Doula Mika is a San Francisco Bay Area birth support practice based in Oakland, California. Working as an experienced doula since 2015, Mika offers personalized care for birthing people and families throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. Her approach is rooted in holistic care, informed decision-making, and traditional birth practices, with the aim of helping clients feel supported and equipped to make choices that suit them.

Services include childbirth education, labor support, and virtual coaching. Mika also works with co-doula Simona to support clients seeking a collaborative doula team. The practice welcomes people of all genders, sexualities, relationship structures, and income levels.

Support is personalized to each family’s needs, offering resources and insights before birth and a reassuring presence during labor. Mika is currently accepting clients with due dates from mid-January 2027 onward, in partnership with Simona. She is not currently accepting clients seeking postpartum-only care.
