Doula Rachèl provides personalised support for pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period in and around Amsterdam. As a birth and postpartum doula, she offers emotional, physical and practical care tailored to the needs of each client and their partner. Her aim is to help families feel calm, informed and supported, from the early weeks of pregnancy through birth and recovery.

Services include continuous birth support, gentle and practical postpartum guidance, and holistic treatments. These include Ayurvedic pregnancy and postpartum massages, belly binding, moxa and marma-point work, offered to promote relaxation, warmth, balance and recovery. Rachèl also prepares fresh Ayurvedic meals for the first weeks after birth, using organic ingredients; the meals are suitable for freezing and are described as supporting recovery, hormonal balance and milk production.

Her approach centres on listening, connection and creating space for trust and rest. Client testimonials describe her as a calm, knowledgeable and nurturing presence, offering guidance before birth and support during labour and postpartum, including in home-birth and caesarean experiences.
