Dowie Designs

Dowie Designs is a landscaping design and construction business founded by brothers Elliot and Josiah in 2014. Based in Willunga on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula, the company serves the southern Adelaide region and creates complete outdoor spaces, from initial design through construction. Its work combines practical building skills with an eye for aesthetics, using natural, quality, recycled and new materials to create durable landscapes designed to last.

Services include garden and landscape design, construction, dry-stone and slate walls, paving, terracing, brick edging, lawns, flower beds and trees. Dowie Designs also offers immersive 3D landscape designs, allowing clients to explore a proposed garden from different angles before construction begins. For customers undertaking landscaping or building projects, the company supplies a range of brick and stone products across South Australia.

The business emphasises a collaborative design process, careful workmanship and thoughtful use of materials. Its portfolio includes residential gardens and outdoor projects, such as a backyard makeover in Aldinga Beach using new and recycled materials.
