Downtester is a real-time status and outage-monitoring service for games, online platforms, SaaS products, and AI tools. A product of Firm Luxury Limited, it helps players and teams check whether services are operational, degraded, or experiencing reported issues. Its dashboards bring together community outage reports, recent incident activity, and player counts where available, alongside game trends, peak figures, release information, and listings of popular, trending, upcoming, and recently released games.

For users who want alerts, Downtester offers paid plans with email and web push notifications for outages, degraded service, and recovery. Pro includes a 10-service watchlist, while Team adds shared alerting and Slack and Discord webhooks. Business includes API and MCP access and a larger watchlist. The service also offers monitoring dashboards for game studios, using reports from players to help teams spot problems that may not appear in infrastructure dashboards. Downtester supplements its status tools with practical technology help articles and game-related browsing resources, making it a destination for checking service health and exploring gaming activity.
