About Doyenne Tanzania
Doyenne is a non-government organization based in Tanzania with a mission to empower and equip young girls with the necessary leadership skills to achieve global development and make a positive impact in their communities. Through their programs, they train, coach, mentor, and inspire university girls in Tanzania, fostering a supportive network of aspiring female leaders. Doyenne offers various programs, including the Niongoze Fellowship and Binti Kiranja, aimed at creating a generation of female leaders.
