DP Dyslexia

DP Dyslexia, led by educational therapist Donna Price, provides dyslexia support for children and guidance for their families. With ten years of experience working with dyslexic students and training in the Orton-Gillingham approach, Price offers dyslexia therapy using multisensory learning, along with screening, assessments, progress monitoring, and parent coaching. Her services are tailored to students’ needs and may include Barton-based instruction and support for reading, comprehension, and learning skills.

The practice also offers mindset coaching through Adventures in Wisdom Coaching™, with a focus on self-confidence, resilience, positive self-talk, self-esteem, and managing peer pressure. Health and wellness services explore factors that may affect learning, including sleep, nutrition, gut health, stress, exercise, and daily routines. These offerings include root-cause assessment, lifestyle evaluation, guidance on functional lab testing, and personalized wellness strategies.

DP Dyslexia’s approach extends beyond academics to support children’s emotional well-being and families’ understanding of how to help them succeed. The practice also helps parents navigate resources and educational support, including school accommodations.
