DPLAY MTA is an online gaming project built around a multiplayer game server, offering players a dedicated place to join the game, connect with a community, and take part in frequent updates and events. The project promotes an immersive, entertaining atmosphere and provides its own launcher to make getting started straightforward. Players download the launcher, sign in or create an account, choose where to install the game, and allow the launcher to download the game files, which total approximately 17 GB. Once installation and file checks are complete, they can start playing directly from the launcher.

DPLAY MTA also maintains official communities on Telegram, Discord, and VKontakte, where players can follow or join its social channels. The site provides service rules, a refund policy, and customer support information. Players who wish to contribute financially can use the donation feature: the stated conversion is one Russian ruble for one in-game coin. A player ID, obtained with the /id command on the server, is required for the donation process.
