DPNSEE (Drug Policy Network South East Europe) is an initiative comprising civil society organizations from South East Europe. With 24 ordinary and 2 associate members from 11 countries in the region, the network primarily focuses on providing preventive, therapeutic, harm reduction, and rehabilitation services to drug users and key affected populations. DPNSEE coordinates and organizes the annual Support.

Don't Punish campaign, which raises awareness about drug policy issues. The network's activities revolve around the Global Day of Action on 26th June, which coincides with the United Nations' International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. DPNSEE also facilitates webinars, such as the one on the World Drug Report, to equip civil society organizations with updated information on global drug trends.

Additionally, their Resource Centre aims to enhance collaboration and information sharing among member organizations, while their Glossary of terms provides definitions relevant to the field of drugs. DPNSEE's mission is to advocate for more humane and effective drug policies in the South East Europe region
