Drafted is an AI-powered home design platform that helps homeowners and building professionals turn ideas into editable house plans. Users choose the rooms, house shape, and target size, then generate five floor plan options with room dimensions. Plans can be compared, adjusted, and regenerated, with tools to edit walls, doors, and windows. Drafted also creates 3D models, furnished floor plans, and exterior renders, allowing users to explore materials, colors, architectural styles, and interior finishes.

The platform supports collaboration, so families, architects, builders, and other project partners can share designs, review options, and follow changes with permissions suited to their roles. Users can organize personal and client projects, save plans, and revisit designs. Drafted offers export workflows for PDF, AutoCAD DXF, and IFC, as well as floor plans generated directly inside Revit. Its community features let users browse designs, save inspiration, and remix existing plans. Drafted is free to start, with paid plans available for additional generations, renders, or exports.
