Hovedkontoret til Dragefossen ligger på Rognan i Saltdal kommune. Vi driver med kraftproduksjon, kraftsalg, prosjektering, kraft- og kommunikasjonsentrepriser i tillegg til eierskap. Distribusjonsnettet til Dragefossen er slått sammen med Arva AS, hvor vi har en eierandel på 4,04 % i selskapet. Dette danner grunnlaget for at Dragefossen nå er indirekte eier av regional- og distribusjonsnett i et mye større område. Dragefossen er i løpende omstilling for å tilpasse selskapet til eiernes, markedets og kundenes krav.
