About Dragonpy
DragonPy is a Python conference that will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia on April 18 & 19, 2020. This event is organized by the DragonPy Team in collaboration with the Center for Methodology and Informatics at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. The conference aims to showcase the best practices for Python programming in the modern web and data science fields.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, including keynote speakers such as Dr. Mateja Verlič Brunčič and Matthew Wilkes. Dr.
Brunčič will share her experiences and insights into Python and its frameworks, while Matthew will highlight some of the most underused features of Python. In addition to the talks, there will be three days of sprints where participants can collaborate and work on Python projects. DragonPy relies on sponsors to keep ticket prices affordable, and individuals also have the option to support the conference.
