Dragon Race

Dragon Race SE is a sports association that organizes annual obstacle and trail-running events, bringing together participants seeking physical challenges and an active outdoor experience. Its flagship Dragon Race combines demanding obstacles on land and in water, including lake, pool, and waterslide sections. The standard course features at least 50 obstacles, testing strength, agility, endurance, determination, and problem-solving. The association also offers a varied trail-running event on marked routes across different terrain, as well as Dragon Ice, duathlon, and other running activities.

Events are designed for a range of ages and abilities. The Junior race provides children with a shorter course and easier obstacles, while the “Give It a Try” race offers newcomers a more accessible introduction, with a shorter distance, repeat attempts at obstacles, and no lake swimming. A four-person team category welcomes workplaces, schools, and sports associations. Dragon Race SE also operates a webshop featuring Sarky, its official crocheted dragon mascot, available in two sizes.
