Dragons Club Leipzig

Dragons Club Leipzig is a dragon boat sports club based in Leipzig, bringing paddlers together around its motto, “One Boat, One Rhythm.” As a partner of Leipziger Kanu-Club (LKC), the club trains at the LKC boathouse in a performance-oriented sporting environment. Its Leistungsteam combines regular water sessions with strength training, developing paddling skills, endurance and teamwork while preparing to compete in regattas. The club values sporting ambition alongside fairness, friendship and shared enjoyment on the water.

Dragons Club Leipzig also supports the Pink Dragons Leipzig, part of the international Pink Paddler movement. People affected by breast cancer and their relatives can take part in dragon boating together, sharing active time, conversation and community. Training intensity is shaped by each team, with participation ranging from relaxed sessions to national and international competitions; enjoyment and connection remain central. The club offers open training for prospective paddlers and welcomes questions from people interested in joining.
