Dragon's Gate Golf Academy

Dragon’s Gate Golf Academy provides golf instruction for players seeking to improve their technique, lower their scores, and enjoy the game. Established in 1978, the academy is led by Coach Keith Allyson, a Certified Master Instructor with more than 45 years of experience playing and teaching golf at the professional level. A former Asian Tour player, he works with golfers of different ages and abilities, from beginners learning the fundamentals to experienced players refining their performance.

The academy offers private lessons and swing and performance analysis using video, a launch monitor, and 22 data parameters to help assess technique, accuracy, distance, and consistency. Players can also take on-course strategy sessions focused on course management and receive mental skills coaching to develop focus, confidence, and resilience under pressure. Coach Keith’s teaching approach emphasizes both improvement and enjoyment, with instruction tailored to each player’s needs.

Student feedback highlights detailed explanations, recorded swing reviews, practical guidance, and support in building skills that transfer from the practice range to the course
