Dragon Youth Football (DYF) is a youth football organization serving players across elementary-school grade levels. Its programs are designed to develop football skills, encourage enjoyment of the game, and promote sportsmanship and teamwork. DYF partners with USA Football and follows the American Development Model, which emphasizes age-appropriate player development and the long-term health of the sport.

The organization offers flag football for kindergarten through second grade, a modified Rookie Tackle program for third grade, and regular tackle football for fourth through sixth grade. Rookie Tackle is presented as a bridge between flag football and full 11-player tackle football, giving young athletes a progressive introduction to the contact game. DYF also provides camps and lists Lady DYF and Dazzlers among its offerings.

Player safety is a central priority. Through its commitment to Heads Up Football, DYF ensures coaches receive training in concussion recognition and response, safe tackling and blocking, heat preparedness and hydration, sudden cardiac arrest, and equipment fitting.
