Drammen Sportsdykkere

Drammen Sportsdykkere (DSD) is a diving club based in Drammen, Norway, established in 1967. It brings together people interested in both scuba diving and freediving, welcoming beginners and experienced divers to take part in activities and build skills in a supportive community. The club organizes group dives, boat trips, shore dives, pool training and social gatherings throughout the year, with an emphasis on diving safely and looking out for one another.

For scuba divers, DSD offers activities for a range of experience levels and hosts courses, including CMAS P2 training for more advanced sports diving. The listed P2 course combines theory with sheltered-water and sea dives, developing practical skills, experience and knowledge of first aid and incident response. Freedivers can join regular pool training and sea dives, while some sessions are intended for invited participants. The club also holds events such as Divers Night, bringing members together for diving and social time.
