Dreamers Support Services is a Brisbane-based disability support provider serving Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Its mission is to help people live life on their own terms through compassionate, flexible support focused on independence, choice, and personal growth. The service offers tailored support plans designed around each person’s needs, goals, and aspirations, and describes its approach as combining the personal feel of a sole contractor with the reliability of a larger provider.
Services include personal care and daily living assistance, such as help with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility. The team also supports community participation and social engagement, helping participants attend events, take part in recreational activities, and build connections. For respite, Dreamers offers short-term accommodation in a multi-sensory home intended to provide an engaging stay and support the development of longer-term skills.
The organisation also trains and mentors support workers, including sole contractors seeking to build their own teams. Dreamers emphasises holistic care, dependable service, and support tailored to individual schedules and goals
