Dream Street Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Beverly Hills, CA, that provides camping programs for children and young adults with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. For almost 30 years, Dream Street has been dedicated to offering nationwide camping experiences for kids with cancer and other serious illnesses. These programs are funded by the foundation itself, ensuring that the campers can enjoy activities they would otherwise be restricted from due to their medical condition.
Unlike traditional sleep-away camps, Dream Street has a full-time medical staff and volunteer counselors available to provide specialized care and support to children requiring daily medication or frequent medical attention. With programs in Arizona, Arkansas, California, New Jersey, and Mississippi, Dream Street serves over 800 children and young adults each summer. All Dream Street programs are entirely free, and the foundation does not have any paid salaries.
