Dreamzzz

Dreamzzz is a child-focused coaching practice founded by Chantal Hartvelt, a trained pedagogue and holistic children’s coach. Its work helps children develop self-awareness, confidence and independence, while supporting parents as active partners in their child’s growth. Dreamzzz recognises that every child is unique and adapts its approach to each child’s needs, experiences and pace.

Services include individual coaching for children and young people, children’s massage, aromatherapy and the Zelf! course, a six-session programme focused on self-awareness. Coaching may incorporate therapeutic drawing, mindfulness, massage techniques, essential oils and attention to children’s basic needs. Sessions are tailored to the child and may take place at home, providing a familiar setting in which children can express themselves safely.

The process begins with an introductory conversation and an intake with parents, followed by a first consultation with the child. Dreamzzz then develops a personalised coaching plan and keeps parents involved throughout the journey. Its overall aim is to help children better understand themselves and their surroundings, build trust and take steps towards greater independence.
