Dressur in Harmonie

Dressur in Harmonie is the equestrian training and coaching practice of Maike Nölscher, a qualified equine management professional and certified Rideucation® trainer. It supports ambitious leisure riders who want to develop their horses through a clear, progressive plan and in a way that promotes long-term wellbeing. Training is grounded in classical German dressage principles and combines practical instruction with educational guidance tailored to each horse and rider.

Services include comprehensive coaching packages with training plans, video analysis, riding lessons, groundwork, and ongoing WhatsApp support. Maike also offers horse training and backing, with an emphasis on involving owners through a combination of professional training and lessons so they can continue the work themselves. Riders can book in-person instruction in the Heilbronn area or online sessions, including support for riding and groundwork. For clients farther away, individual day and weekend courses combine theory with practical training and are available by arrangement. Optional filming during sessions can support review and learning.
