Schlumpfdrive, managed by KwiggleBike GmbH since April 2024, develops and manufactures bottom-bracket gearboxes for a range of cycling needs. Production of its High Speed Drive, Speeddrive and Mountain Drive systems has been handled by KwiggleBike GmbH since mid-2023. The company describes its gearboxes as durable, robust and versatile, and offers solutions for new builds and retrofits.

The High Speed Drive provides a 1:2.5 ratio for power bikes and can be paired with powerful electric motors. The two-speed Speeddrive is presented for rear-motor and belt-drive setups, as well as bicycles and folding bikes with smaller wheels; its 1:1.65 ratio increases gearing. For steep routes and heavy loads, the Mountain Drive offers a 2.5:1 ratio, with versions for velomobiles, handbikes and cargo transport. Schlumpfdrive systems are made in Germany, and the Speeddrive has also been used on KwiggleBike’s own Kwiggle product since 2022. The brand provides product information and connects customers with specialist dealers.
