Driven Futures is the platform for Debbie Matthews, CEO, public speaker, author, and pioneering advocate for women in motorsports. Drawing on a 27-year motocross career and decades of leadership, Debbie shares lessons in resilience, perseverance, and growth with audiences across the country. Her keynote, “Becoming Your Best & Growing From Failures,” is designed for corporate events, youth conferences, motorsports expos, and women’s leadership gatherings. Speaking services are available in person, live virtually from her work studio, or as a pre-recorded presentation.

Matthews is recognized for setting records in women’s motocross, including consecutive years in the top 15 national rankings from 1977 to 1997. She founded the Women’s Motocross League and advocated for professional classifications for female riders. Her work in the motorcycle industry has also included instruction, promotion, innovation, and advocacy. Driven Futures offers Matthews’ book, Excelling Through Adversity, which shares practical inspiration for advancing in competition and life.
