Justin Dean

Dr. Justin Dean is a West Los Angeles chiropractor and sports therapy provider focused on helping people address musculoskeletal pain and move more freely. His practice uses the NeuroCentric Approach™, which he co-invented, combining exercise science, fascia release therapy, nerve decompression (neurodynamics), and brain-based rehabilitation (functional neurology). Dr. Dean also teaches this approach at international conferences and for professional sports organizations, drawing on experience working with national and Olympic teams.

The practice offers assessments, rehabilitation, soft-tissue services, and chiropractic adjustments, with a full hour devoted to each patient. Care is available for a range of concerns, including herniated discs, sciatica, knee and hip pain, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, migraines and tension headaches, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, neck pain, and pinched nerves. Services also include visceral manipulation. Based in Los Angeles, the clinic welcomes athletes and others seeking support with persistent or activity-related pain. Dr. Dean provides educational resources through his blog and guides, and hosts NeuroCentric Approach workshops and seminars.
